Tunnel dwellers patrol the low sections of the underground railway system. They are armed with M39 rifles, and will attack players on sight. Behaviorally speaking they are not much different from regular, military tunnels, and oil rig scientists. They instead have unique attire and are the only AI enemy to wield the M39. Killing them can yield similar loot to oil rig scientists, and is essential for being able to traverse the underground subway station safely. It is recommended to use a gun and wear clothing and armor when fighting them, as they can overwhelm you, and deal lethal damage.
